During the evidence review phase following an investigation of a private residence, Pacific Paranormal Investigations discovered an anomalous image that warranted further study. PPI investigators spent many hours analyzing video footage in order to determine the cause of this anomaly. This video contains the original video footage from this investigation. PPI presents this video as part of a our ongoing public outreach and education program.
